How we solved the problem

Partnered from Autumn 2020 to overhaul the product for the expanding US betting market. Design sprints fed core journeys into dev. Collaborated with Hot Paper Lantern on brand. Workshops and user testing in Minneapolis. Outcomes: $50m+ market order value | 75% retention at 30 days | 500k+ order volume.
