Project Background
Hoofit is a job management app for Farriers where you can run your entire business from an easy-to-use mobile app. Hoofit makes the life of a farrier easy by freeing up time and increasing earning potential.
We crafted the user end-to-end user experience through carefully mapped user journeys tailored to the Farrier profession.
We collaborated closely with the Founders and Product Team at Hoofit to get a in-depth understanding of the life of a Farrier & Horse Owner and the problems commonly faced with Horse care.
Hoofit as a concept is quite simple by nature - offering Farriers the best digital toolset to improve day-to-day management of their business and client relations.
Given the relative niche of the product - we ran a phase of research and discovery with stakeholders and users.
We then went on to design and validate designs across all areas of the Hoofit application. Building a concise but flexible design system in the process that could be used across other areas of the platform and customer facing site.
We also provided additional brand assets and expanded the brand language, then threading this through the app user interface.

We iterated over designs following feedback and incrementally passed designs to the development team for build.
Once built we circled back to conduct QA and flag bugs for the best chances of smooth user adoption.
