BettorEdge works differently to traditional sports betting, instead of betting against a sportsbook or "The House", BettorEdge matches you up with other users to exchange your bet.

How we solved the problem

BettorEdge partnered with us back in Autumn 2020 to start overhauling their product - the main challenge was to build a smart application that matched their users' expectations in an expanding betting market in the US.

We started to support product development by designing core experiences within the BettorEdge web app. Through building out new features we were able to begin to build a scalable design system that could be extended to other areas.

We worked with BettorEdge in Design Sprints, focusing on core journeys that make up the main pillars of the BettorEdge experience.

Each of these sprints fed directly into the development team for build, release and feedback from users.


We were also able to collaborate with third party agencies such as Hot Paper Lantern, New York. Working with them to support in bringing the BettorEdge brand to life.

As part of a visit out to Minneapolis to conduct workshops with the BettorEdge team, we were able to conduct user interviews and run some user testing on concepts in flight.
